Yoga for Embracing Change (40 min)

This is a beginner level class. This class originally appeared in a coaching course. References to coaching topics pertains to that course. The lesson from that module was exploring our past experiences to create a timeline of the experiences that had the most significant impact on our lives. This class was created to boost feelings of stability and security (grounding) as well as our ability to embrace change (fluidity).
