You’ve been working on setting goals for your life in this week’s coaching lesson. To support your goal setting, we’ll stay focused on the third eye chakra and enhancing the ability to visualize and set goals. We’ll be repeating last week’s sequence because yoga is a practice and to many of you it’s a new practice. You may struggle with the poses and perhaps have set goals around them. Pay attention and notice if anything feels differently for you this week. Do you feel more ease in the poses? I find that the more I do the poses, the more I discover.
