Take Action (50 min)

Everything we have been working on for the past 11 weeks has been leading up to this week. You have been working on drawing in more clarity and confidence with both the coaching lessons and the chakra balancing yoga and meditations. You have hopefully set some goals for yourself and are now ready to take action towards making those goals and dreams your new reality. This yoga class has been designed to help inspire you to take action, to challenge yourself and to reach for your goals. This is an active, intermediate power class however I do offer modifications for those who need them. As with any yoga class, honor your body and back off if it feels too much. Yoga is about balancing effort with ease. It should never feel painful but yes, you are working so there will be effort. As with all my classes, I invite you to smile and feel grateful that you are taking this time to practice self-care with intention. Let’s get started.
